John Simpson

John, who owns Aarnic with his wife Eleonore, had many years in the Territory construction industry - including housing - before getting into real estate. The multi award winner has several accolades under his belt including a Real Estate Institute High Achiever of the Year award and was top producing sale person for a former employer 3 years in a row. As John is a resident of Palmerston and 80% of his core business comes from Palmerston he considered it the perfect base for Aarnic Realty.

Rod & Adrienne O'Shea

A few years back we woke up one morning looked at each other and decided we had had enough of the Melbourne rat race and cold weather.

With three sons and two dogs it was time to move on, Darwin was calling. It was time for a career change as well, Adrienne’s passion had always been in real estate and people, and Rod a bricklayer by trade.  After running our own business for several years in the building industry we both feel as though we understand the importance of customer service and reliability. 

Adrienne worked with some of the larger Real Estate companies but found her home at Aarnic Realty, fitting right in with the  good old fashion values and service.

Rod decided it was time to get of the tools and after watching Adrienne's love and passion for the industry also decided to join Aarnic Realty.

We both believe that understanding a persons situation can make the solution a whole lot  easier to achieve.  We are great believers in Karma, “what goes around comes around”. Life long friendships have been made in the Territory and most have started out as vendors or purchasers.

Working together as a team, we feel we can offer a far superior service, working together  on all properties certainly gives us the edge over our competitors and our clients the  service they deserve and all for the same commission you would pay for one agent.

Lyn Fuss 

I spent my younger years in the wheat belt district on Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, attended school in Adelaide and then worked in the hospitality industry in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Darwin (in the 70’s). 

I was a Domestic Goddess for 10 years while my children were young but then returned to the Territory in 1985 and resumed working in hospitality until friends suggested I study for my Agents Representative licence in 1990.

I just love being in real estate - I have met and retained friendships with so many fantastic people in the last 20 years and the satisfaction I get from being , in some small way, responsible for changing peoples lives for the better is very personal. Last yea I tried "retirement" but after 8 months of housework, lunches, reading and the occasional round of gold, I needed to return to my real passion and what I do best.

I am now in the senior age bracket and have nothing to prove to anyone so I only take on 2 or 3 listings at one time and give them 110% of my attention and this is working very well for me and my clients.

My strengths are that I like to keep both vendor and purchaser informed of all proceedings during the sale and will contact you every couple of days even if I have nothing to report. 

I tell it as it is and will pass on all feedback-good and not so good-and if there is a fixable problem I will help you fix it. I am tenacious and do not give up easily. I have excellent marketing skills and have had many years of experience and ideas of how to present YOUR property to the correct demographic.

On a more personal note - I have 2 beautiful daughters and one grandson who live in their own homes very close to me in Rosebery and I also have 2 smallish dogs that I love to bits. I love to travel and aim for 1 overseas trip per year and would dearly love to do the grand tour of Europe someday in the near future.
